The unit is PON 4x68, made originally in Belarus. It is definitely not the 1PN58. Unfortunately, I‘ve never seen the actual unit, and my Russian specs are not detailed enough. So I can‘t comment what tube was installed inside.
The factory has also made a very nice PON 3x78 units, which had a larger side Gen 1 tubes.
